Grein Custom Homes meets these energy standards, providing Low E windows and energy efficient furnaces, caulking and foam packages and insulation to all levels of the home.

Ken starts with a free consultation. During this meeting he will gather information from each perspective client about the custom home they are wanting to build. You may bring your own set of plans with you. Ken will communicate from his experience in the building industry offering recommendations and counsel about how he will oversee the construction of your custom home. Ken will walk you through the whole process of what it takes to build a home. During this step by step process, Ken will begin the building of the relationship between himself and you and your ideas. He will explain how he runs his business with honesty and integrity. Ken will provide information to help estimate the amount of time it will take to build your custom home.

If needed, direction will be given regarding lending and financing concerns, designing or drafting your Custom Home with an architect, Ken will explain cost plus contract’s, how change orders work, the facilitating details regarding HOA’s and city regulations. Ken will address questions regarding changes and upgrades before and during construction. Foundation design and soil reports ensure accuracy of the cost of your new home. Grein Custom Homes, LLC carries building licenses and insurance. All of my subcontractors carry their own liability insurance. Worker’s compensation is provided also; per employee based companies.
